Stars Notebook: Heiskanen gets a misconduct, Dallas ties a franchise record
A hilarious 10-minute misconduct and another display of character from Dallas
The Stars overcame a slow start on Tuesday in a 3-2 win against the Buffalo Sabres. Dallas trailed 1-0 and 2-1 before scoring two quick goals in the second and holding onto a one-goal lead.
Heiskanen Blows His Lid & Throws His Glove
In the third period, usually cool-headed defenseman Miro Heiskanen received a 10-minute misconduct after being called for a penalty. But the way in which it happened was hilarious.

As you see in the video, Heiskanen is upset about the call, which is sort of odd because he clearly cross checks Zemgus Girgensons in front of the net, causing his bucket to come off.
But as Heiskanen goes into the box arguing, he attempts to throw his stick and gloves down in frustration. Instead, his stick goes down and his glove hooks straight up and over the boards of the penalty box.
